Frequently Asked Questions

Your Questions Answered

What can I expect from my first appointment?

The main focus of this initial appointment is for both the client and the practitioner to meet each other, review health history, assess posture and range of motion and decide the best course of action for treatment. Treatment is given if there is time after assessments are complete.

What do I wear to my appointments?

Loose, comfortable clothing, such as shorts and a t-shirt or tank top are suitable attire for your appointment. Spandex, jeans and leggings ARE NOT  appropriate attire and actually affect the ability to treat as effectively.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?
