At REAlign Wellness, we hear your story and take a detailed history. To that end, we create an individualized treatment plan including a detailed assessment of past medical history, your posture and range of motion both on and off the table, all aimed at achieving the functional goals we set together.
Follow up appointments
Follow up care
We take the time to understand the root of your problem in order to provide the best and most effective treatments for you. These appointments are to make sure we are both (patient and therapist) reaching our goals and putting the work in to functional and pain free movement.
Treatment & Therapy forms an integral part of our approach to treating the whole body, not just a complaint in isolation. This service is fundamental to ensuring our patients’ long-term health and wellness. These appointments range from 60mins - to 1.5hrs.
Extra TLC
For in between care
For those times when you are between scheduled appointments and just need a Craniosacral session on its own! Craniosacral Osteopathy is one of the most relaxing therapies for downregulating your nervous system and allowing you to decrease anxiety, depression, grief and just find peace. Extra TLC treatments are for regular clients who have had an initial appointment with me first. Sessions are 60 mins in length.
